HOW TO
MAKE A PIZZA
INGREDIENTS FOR THE
DOUGH:
-
1 kl of wheat
flour.
-
½ l of warm water.
-
25 g of salt.
-
50 ml of olive
oil.
-
25 g of fresh
yeast.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a big bowl
you add a part of the flour leaving four spoons apart. We are going to use
those four spoons later for getting fatter the dough.
- Then you make
a hole in the bowl with a spoon and we add the flour that has dissolved
with water (*MISSING INFO-COMING SOON*)
- Then with a wood
spoon we mix from the center of the bowl to the outside and little by
little we add the four spoons of flour that we had left.
- Then we add
the oil and the salt. And we continue mixing all.
- Next we think
of a place to knead the dough and we spread some flour in the table.
- And now you
put all your mixture in the table and you start kneading the dough. You
will do this until the flour do not stick into your hands.
- Then you put
your dough into the bowl again and you cover it with a cotton cloth over the bowl, you have to
wait 45 minutes or 1 hour.
- When all these
steps are ready now with a rolling pin you roll and expand the mass.
- Now it’s time
to garnish you pizza, you can put all the ingredients you like. For example: tomatoe, jam, cheese...
- When it’s ready, you only have to heat 10 minutes the oven and then bake your pizza for 220 or 250 C 10 or 15 minutes.
- THEN IS READY
TO EAT IT!!!!!!
